At Santé Graine de Vie, we want our customers to receive products in their intended condition and to have a clear process when a genuine issue occurs.

Eligibility for Returns

A return may be accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• There is a genuine issue concerning product quality or the wrong product was delivered.

Return Review

All returned products are subject to inspection. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been reviewed and the issue has been confirmed by our Quality & Operations teams.

Important Information

Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may not be accepted. Customers should ensure that products remain unused, sealed, and in their original condition until the return request has been reviewed.
